Returns & replacement

Inspect goods on delivery. Report damage, shortage, or wrong items within 48 hours with photos and the order number.

Unused standard stock items in original packing may be returned within 7 days with prior approval. Custom-cut, imported-to-order, or electrical goods that have been installed are not returnable unless they are faulty.

Approved returns are credited after inspection. Freight for non-faulty returns is the buyer’s responsibility unless we shipped the wrong item.
