Warranty

Warranty cover is shown on each product (for example 12 months). Unless stated otherwise it covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal industrial use.

Warranty does not cover wear parts, incorrect voltage, poor installation, water or dust ingress beyond the stated IP rating, or unauthorised modification.

Claim by sending the order number, serial/model, and a description of the fault. We may repair, replace, or credit at our option.
